You can change your Netertz plan at any time by following these steps:

  1. Sign in to your billing account or click this link: payment.netertz.com/p/login/3csg1H8vqf1R0c89AA

  2. Sign in with your email and you will get email with login link.

  3. Select Change Plan. (If you don't see Change Plan, please contact us.)

Note: If your account is on hold, no plan changes can be made until the hold is resolved. or we have only one plan at this time.

Changing to a higher-priced plan takes effect immediately so you can enjoy all of the added features. Since Netertz is a prepaid service, your billing date will change based on the remaining balance of your last payment.

Changing to a lower-priced plan takes effect on your next billing date. You can continue to use the features of the higher-priced plan until your next billing date.

You can cancel Netertz at any time.
